Returns
For your convenience, Est. '23 Apparel & Co. offers our customers the option to return certain products within 14 days of delivery. Certain products are non-returnable (including, but not limited to, “Final Sale” items and international orders).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Est. '23 Apparel & Co. does not accept any worn or damaged products as returns. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, a shipping label will then be generated, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
IN ADDITION, IF WE REASONABLY DETERMINE THAT A PURCHASED PRODUCT THAT MIGHT OTHERWISE BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN WAS ORDERED THROUGH THE USE OF A ROBOT OR OTHER AUTOMATIC DEVICE OR SOFTWARE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, IN OUR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, TO REFUSE ANY SUCH RETURN, TO REFUSE TO OFFER ANY REFUND, AND/OR TO CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE. ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED.
PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION, PACKAGING, AND/OR MATERIALS CANNOT BE ACCOMMODATED. Est. '23 Apparel & Co. reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for returns in violation of these Terms and Conditions, including items returned damaged or missing packaging or documentation, or for items that we reasonably determine were ordered through use of a robot or other automatic device or software.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
If you happen to receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Certain merchandise however, are non-returnable, such as sale items, custom products (including special or personalized orders), personal care items (ie. face and hair accessories), and undergarments (ie. socks, bras and underwear).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
Est. '23 Apparel & Co. is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages during shipment period.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Est. '23 Apparel & Co. does not accept any worn or damaged products as returns. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
